Corfini Gourmet began with a passion for high end and specialty foods in June of 2004. What started as an idea to bring uniquely sourced items (such as foie gras, charcuterie and cheeses) to Seattle’s restaurant scene has expanded considerably over the years. As we have grown, we remain true to our core values of supporting sustainable and local programs whenever possible. We have also added some of the most excellent Choice and Prime Beef programs as well as the freshest seafood available. Providing excellent customer service paired with competitive pricing is what sets us apart from the rest.
We serve a wide range of customers, including Restaurants, Grocers, Catering Companies, Foods Trucks, Corporate Food Service, Healthcare Facilities and Educational customers throughout the Pacific Northwest with warehouses in Seattle Washington and Portland Oregon. Our customers consider us to be a leading distributor amongst our peers for clean beef, poultry, pork, lamb and game programs. We are committed to keeping up with the food trends and you will find that we are a chef driven company.
Our USDA portion control room can produce unique cuts which we process in house. To provide our customers expanding options, we installed an adjoining dry age room. These products are marketed and delivered with great pride to serve our customer base.
