I am excited to announce that Corfini Gourmet now has a strong presence
within the Portland Metro area. As the sales director here in Portland,
I have a strong desire to build relationships with chefs, retail markets
and educational institutions here as well as connect with local farmers
by extending their products into the Seattle market. It has been a great success so far, but we know we have our work cut out for us as we move forward. We thank the Portland area restaurants and chefs for allowing us to come into their kitchens and will continue to prove to them that we are a chef driven company that continues to work for them by sourcing the best product here in the Pacific Northwest.
