Our USDA processing room can produce exact NAMP codes as well as unique custom cuts to meet chefs’ specifications. Another thing that makes us unique is our dry-aging facilitie which is one of the biggest in the Pacific Northwest. These products arrive to some of the finest steak houses in Seattle and Portland.
